Terms & Conditions
1. Services Provided: EBA Logistics LLC agrees to provide transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing services as agreed upon in the individual bill of lading or service contract.
2. Liability: Our liability for lost or damaged goods is strictly limited to the federal standard requirements unless a higher declared value is agreed upon in writing prior to shipment.
3. Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless alternative terms have been established. Late payments are subject to standard industry interest rates.
4. Reverse Logistics: Goods processed for return or disposal will be handled according to environmental and state regulations. EBA Logistics LLC is not responsible for the inherent condition of returned merchandise.
Privacy Policy
EBA Logistics LLC respects your right to privacy. This policy outlines how we collect and use your data.
Data Collection: We collect essential contact information (email, phone number, address) solely for the purpose of executing logistics services, processing payments, and providing tracking updates.
Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. We only share necessary shipment details with our trusted carrier partners and warehouse operators to fulfill your service requests.
Security: We maintain physical and digital safeguards to secure your commercial information against unauthorized access.
Refund Policy
Due to the operational costs of freight and warehousing, our refund parameters are strictly defined.
Service Cancellations: If a pickup is canceled 24 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch, a full refund of any deposit will be issued. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a truck-order-not-used (TONU) fee.
Claims: Refunds or adjustments for damaged goods are not handled as standard refunds. They must go through our formal freight claims process as dictated by the Department of Transportation.
Overcharges: If an auditing error results in a billing overcharge, EBA Logistics LLC will refund the exact difference to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
